Jessica Daugherty Synopsis = Wonder Woman! She jumped onto the challeng of helping us find our dream house. She heard us out on our needs, wants and what we can afford. Tirelessly Jessica went on a search and created a list of listings. Drove us to each one and had researched them to provide history of the house, developments around the zone, and sustainability of house value. Patiently, she never let us settle. Till one day when a listing popped up (same day we were out looking), she made a few calls and took us to what is our new and loved home. She just somehow saw it in our eyes she made a bid lower to listing and nailed it for us! She never got discouraged on anything that came up during our process. From negotiations, contingencies, and dealing with escrow co for closing. ( Because Escrow Co dropped the ball bad.) But she rushed in and had them pick it up! Thank you Jessica for your expertise and above beyond helping us, even after closing by checking in on us with the small stuff.

Jessica is delightful and professional she works hard and gets the job done she makes it look easy but I know with my home there were some issues but she tackled them very quickly and professionally we had one obstacle after another with this home that I was trying to purchase she has a hard worker and I so appreciate it she is very informative and keep the ball rolling no matter what I'm so grateful to have had her as a realtor my next home she will be finding it for me and anyone I know I will tell them about Jessica she is awesome just a pleasure

Jessica was always very helpful and kept us up to date and we'll informed throughout the process of finding our new home. She kept us comfortable along the process as firth time buyers and really felt that she had our best interest. We were taking longer than expected to find something that worked for us but she kept us positive along the way. We really appreciate all the hard work she put into just helping us we always felt like we were her only clients with all the time spent into finding our new home.

Jessica was awesome from start to finish. Walked us through the whole process. Made the experience enjoyable. Always there when we needed her day or night or weekend.
