From walking through the property with me to suggest minor improvements to providing me with compass concierge money to pay for the staging, and then choosing a stager, the house looked absolutely beautiful when it went on the market. Within days we had an open house scheduled, and the house sold in less than a week. She answered all of my concerns, walked me step by step through the process and by the grace of God never seemed impatient or curt with my many phone calls and constant questions. To be honest I was a bit hesitant when I have Jessica as my agent to sell my Columbia townhouse. She did an awesome job finding the perfect rowhouse for me in Fed Hill.. wasn’t sure of her knowledge in Howard county. Was I wrong ! She knew the market!!
