We worked with Jessica when we first moved to Baltimore in 2013, and again when we left in 2019. Jessica was flexible when meeting with us and very communicative throughout the process. We were selling from out of town and she was our eyes and ears on the house, even saving us from a mini-flood that another real estate agent had created in our kitchen. I hired Jessica to sell my father’s house after he moved to assisted living. I was dealing with everything from out-of-town and I was concerned about how to navigate the process of selling a home from afar. I decided to start my search for a realtor with Jessica Dailey, since she had left many beautifully designed brochures with my dad, and I noticed that most of the “for sale” signs in the neighborhood had her name on them. A quick Google search turned up many excellent reviews for her. I was immediately impressed by her professionalism in swiftly assessing the property: how to prepare for putting it on the market, what its strengths and weakness were, and in clearly explaining the process on how to proceed. After this initial consultation, I felt completely assured that Jessica was “the one” and I did not bother to look for other realtors. It turned out to be an excellent choice, since Jessica only continued to impress. She was highly efficient in helping me to clean and otherwise prepare the house. She organized painting, cleaning and landscaping and oversaw the work. All I did was pay the workers, and the cost was very reasonable. She had offers even before the first open house, and she sold the house shortly thereafter, for more than the asking price. Throughout the process she was very upfront and honest, easy to communicate with, and able to answer very clearly any questions I had. I cannot say enough about how great working with Jessica was. When we decided to look for a new home in Bolton Hill we called Jessica who is know to be an expert in the neighborhood and surrounding areas. She represents a number of properties in Bolton Hill (in addition to living in the neighborhood) and has her ear to the ground on everything going on in the area. Jessica was already willing to show us properties, and has a great depth of knowledge when it comes to the real estate process and the workings of the neighborhood. Most importanly, after not getting a preoperty we thought we were interested in, Jessica used her connections to show us an even better property that wasn’t even on the market yet.
