When my property sold, I was in a rehab unit for a broken leg. Jessica took care of everything from paperwork to repairs after inspection. Couldn’t have asked for it to go any smoother. Her husband is very helpful at fixing things and stepping in when Jessica can’t. Great couple.
Jess did an outstanding job working with me. I live out of town and was looking to purchase an investment home in Sarasota. I talked to Jess on the phone (she was recommended to me) and felt comfortable immediately. I explained what I was looking for, the area, budget, wants/needs, time frame. She sent me some properties I may be interested in. I went ahead and narrowed down to a few and she went to look at them on her own, taking pictures/videos for me and talking to me about pros/cons of each property. She also researched the neighborhoods (not just the neighborhood, but the street itself), construction trends in said area, etc... In short, she provided me with any bit of information I could find useful in making a decision on which property I would like to invest in. I am very pleased with my purchase and will use Jess again next time I am looking for a property in the area. On a side note, Jess is very responsive. If she cannot take a call (rare!), she texts and lets you know she will be with you shortly and then promptly calls you back. I am a small business owner in the service field and believe in the same principles regarding how to treat my customers and am glad I met someone that does the same.
Jess is the BEST, right from the start. I learned how to remove the clutter -- but you need to remember where you put "the clutter". When the market goes down, you need to stay positive and know that the buyers are still out there. Jess always had a plan to see where the movers were going and she was ready with any kind of paper work from the beginning. I am so glad we choose JESS to sell our home.
