My boyfriend and I really enjoyed working with Jessica. Thanks to her, we got our dream house in just six weeks after we started working with her! As first-time homebuyers, there were many steps that were challenging to us. We were also unfamiliar with what to check and watch out for. Jessica patiently educated and guided us every step of the way, answering all our questions fully in person or via text/email/phone calls. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and pleasant to work with. We were particularly impressed by her negotiation skills. She knows when to wait and when to nudge gently. When we were stressed by unexpected obstacles that caused a bit of a delay, she was quick to step in and helped us work with the lender and the title company while assuring us every step of the way.
