Proactive, Detailed, Understand Our Needs

We have some unique requirements and Jessica really listened and understood our situation and needs. She did a lot of heavylifting in proactively searching, filtering down options. We found our dream home on our 2nd trip, the 7th house we view - because Jessica already narrowed down choices beforehand. Needless to say, she knows the area and neighborhoods extremely well, and she understands the market dynamics and we were very efficient in the bidding process and got a great price. We would definitely want to work with her again in the future.
