I can't even begin to express first of all our gratitude and second of all how impressed we are with Jessica. As first time buyers we had no clue what we were doing and Jessica was like an angel set in our path to guide us. We met her while driving around looking at neighborhoods trying to decide where to purchase a house we could afford, she was on a showing and I interrupted her on her way in to ask some questions. She was immediately helpful and gave us her contact information. I googled her and was so impressed by her reviews we decided to contact her to help us find a home. She has an immeasurable amount of knowledge and patience and guided us through every single step of the process, helping us find our dream home and fighting for us to get the best deal possible, we never had to ask her for anything she automatically knew what had to be done and did it. She fought for repairs to be taken care of, followed through on completions even after escrow had closed. She guided us in the right direction every step of the way from the loan to getting the bids we needed for the negotiated repairs. I honestly don't like to make recommendations but I would recommend Jessica to anyone trying to sell or buy a home, her level of professionalism is tremendous and I have no doubts when I say you can trust she will go over 110% to help you. Once again Jessica, we will for ever be grateful.
