First off I went through a few agents before Jessica. I am critical because I have bought and sold 3 homes in the last 3 years which is more than typical, and I am not a flipper. Jessica is THE BEST agent in all of South Carolina. I moved away from Virginia for a 5 hour drive into North Myrtle to look at houses and she was with me from sun up to sun down. When driving became too much she would face time me the showing. Everyday I would get at least one house either hand picked by her or via her online portal to look at. When she wasn’t showing me houses she was making sure that my most important needs were being looked after. When placing an offer she took me step by step through each of the sections as well as would fight for me even when it may have affected her number.
