Jessica was terrific. We looked at a lot of homes. She was patient and didn't give up hope, even when I started to. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a great realtor.

I loved that Jessica was always two steps ahead of me. Through the Edina website I got to see comments left by realtors. After reading many comments and questions that may have been posted, I would respond to Jessica who was already on it and had responded to the realtors. Also, there was an issue with the title and the title company needed me to dig out some paperwork that I had who knows where from 10 years ago. Before I could even start to think of where that paperwork was, I read my next e-mail from Jessica who already had gone through the electronic documents from 10 years ago and found what the title company needed, such a relief!

Jessica went above expectations in selling my home. Because of time and distance,she took it upon herself to clean,straighten,and stage my home for a showing.The home sold in about 10 days. All this was accomplished with me living 250 miles away in Sioux Falls,S.D.

She knew what I wanted and helped guide me to the home type I wanted to see. She was able to also set me up w/ all the different companies I then needed to be involved in such as homeowners insurance , inspection and mortgage help. Also she was able to get information for me about garbage,recycling and any other agency I would need to know about in my new town. She did a great job and friendly to boot.

But although Jessica could se the negative she only focused on the positive aspects of the home. She was able to sell our home quickly and we got top dollar too.
