Lucky to have Jessica representing us for our home purchase & selling the house we were renting

Let me start by saying how lucky we were to have Jessica representing us for our home purchase as well as selling the house we were renting from! She was prompt, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient to name just a few things. She made it easy for us to have one point of contact through the entire process. She knew what to look for even before the inspection, from the roof to the foundation. She immediately took note of electrical systems, walked us through the history of the water heater brand, was privy to the time era of our house and architectural details, even down to the soffit venting in the attic. Jessica seamlessly dips into everyone’s role where she is needed. She is one woman doing the job of seven in all reality.Jessica appraised our last house perfectly and we had multiple offers within days. She guided us on ways to improve to have the best appeal to sell quickly which worked wonders. Her attention to detail is admirable. You can tell she’s learned a lot along her journey of her profession. She always gave sound advice, explained everything thoroughly so we can understand, she is straight to the point and will fight with you and for you. Jessica knows what her clients deserve, she’s current and comfortable with the current laws and makes sure you get everything you deserve. She is the best advocate to have on your side and makes you feel like you’re her only client. Not only do you win with bringing Jessica along but you get the best team behind her. Every single person we came into contact with on her team was just as prompt and knowledgeable. Jessica only works with A1 personnel. If you are considering selling or buying any property, you will absolutely not regret choosing Jessica as your advocate. You will 100% regret it if you go with anyone other than Jessica Boswell and her team.We can’t thank you enough!
