Hit crisis mode when our for sale by owner fell thru, logic and wisdom led us to decide to use a professional Realtor. Jessica handled all of the preliminary work and photographs and listing perfectly. I had short changed us on the selling price listing it myself and Jessica did the work and showed us we needed to ask for more and then we sold above that.
