Jessica Bechard

Jessica jumped to show us several condos with short notice and to fit it in while we were visiting from out of town. She obtained video tours of units we could not gain access to. She answered all our questions along the way and even went to our property during the home inspection and to meet an AC repair gentlemen while we were closing when we couldn’t be there. I definitely recommend her and will use her next time we buy or sell in Miami!

Jessica helped my wife and I purchase a condo in Brickell and she did an excellent job both before and after the sale. Couldn’t ask for more in an agent. She was always very flexible to work around our schedules to show multiple units and was great helping during and after closing as well. Would highly recommend Jessica!
