Since the beginning, Jess has been very helpful in walking us through the entire home buying process. She listened to what was important to us and even provided us with recommendations for home renovations we wanted to do (e.g., painters, carpet, septic). She communicated well and kept us updated daily. Even after the purchase of the home, she continued to check in on us to see if we needed anything and how we were doing.
