We contacted Jessica about selling our home and from the beginning she was professional and showed knowledge and experience!! She visited the home and gave us a real estimate for a selling price that would get us a quick sell based on the area. We listed the home on Thursday, had a full price offer on Friday and a contract signed on the following Monday. She kept us up to date with progress and checked on us as this was the first time we have sold a home. Her confidence helped calm our nervousness and she answered questions quickly. We lived 2.5 hours away and worked FT jobs so looking at homes was quite difficult. Jessica made time on weekends to sometimes spend the whole day with us, 1 time looking at 9 homes on a Saturday. Jessica(Jess) Baker was the best! She was friendly, helpful, dedicated, easy to talk to, and a pleasure to work with. She always answered our questions thoroughly and always made sure we understood her answers. If she didn’t know the answer to any question, she was honest and told us that. She would start asking her co-workers until she got the correct answer and let us know immediately. She was always there for us every step of the way-from being on time to show us the first house, until being there for the quick closing of our new house.
