Jessica Ayala was such a joy to work with! She made Haydee and I feel very much at ease and confident during a very stressful and scary process. Jessica went above and beyond in her role and acted in our interests as we did much of our home search remotely. She set up remote viewings, answered every call, and gave her honest opinions based on what she learned about us and our needs. As a remote buyer she did an enormous amount of running around and for us and did us some huge favors in watching out for our property until we arrived. She guided us through every step and made sure we were always well advocated for. We would never have accomplished such a huge move without an agent like Jessica.
