Jessica is one of a kind . She is very knowledgeable about the area and knew exactly what properties to show us that were within our budget. She was available to answer a question no matter what time of day and worked hard to expedite the closing for a fast move in. Jessica is honest and trustworthy and had our best interest at heart . We love our new home and can’t thank her enough !!

I felt Jessica did not look out for our best interests. I never bought a house before on my own . after I purchased it I then realized the windows were not good and many of the screens torn. she should have brought that to my attention. All she did was pressure me and kept saying “you will be living in Boca Pointe”. She was supposed to be representing me ..not the seller. I felt I was annoying her each time I wanted to see a listing. I never should have paid the asking price

Jessica had a whole list of all the properties I liked and we went to tour them all. She was organized that way and kept after the realtor for the buyer when they weren’t responding. Just DON’T take her recommendation of Joseph Higgins to inspect your property. He over charges and did not to properly. He flushed a toilet took a picture with paper still there and continue to be there as there were trees roots up into the toilet $4000 later for our first week in the house, the list continued. Jessica will fight for you so give her a chance
