Jessica is incredible!! She is patient and knowledgeable and helped us see every house we were interested in! Let's be honest, we saw a lot of houses in our search. At each home Jessica showed us, she was taking notes of what we liked and needed to help narrow down our search. When THE perfect home hit the market she got us in to see it the same day and we wrote our offer that night. We closed 3 weeks later and love our new home!! We had purchased a new home in 2020 before deciding Colorado just wasn’t for us. When we decided to sell that home in 2022 Jessica was a tremendous resource. She was realistic with us about our timeline and what to expect around the selling of our first home. She accurately forecasted the competition within my housing development and expertly priced our house. We watched houses in our development sit on sale for weeks, a few months without movement. With Jessica we were under contract within 30 days, within our timeframe (we required a specific closing date), and we’re offered over our asking price. Because of Jessica we had an amazing home selling experience! Our only complaint- we can’t use her as our realtor in NY. Jessica is the absolute best!! I mean that both anecdotally and factually - the girl has won awards! She is savvy, courageous, knowledgeable, and has great connections (lenders, inspectors, etc.). I can say that I had a good and short experience with Jessica. When I refer to a good experience it is because Jessica is a respectful person, humble and always, but always on the lookout if the client has questions or doubts. When I say short experience it is because in a short time she found me and my family a beautiful house and we were able to do the fast closing. Even though we did the closing, she let us know that she was available for anything we needed, which for me is a sign that she does a good job and is a sign of her interest in her clients.
