We first met Jesse in October of 2014, for our initial house hunting trip. This trip allowed us to get a good feel for the real estate market in the area. We met Jesse again, in February of 2015, and he arranged for us to see 15 properties, based on the parameters we gave him. We are from NY, so our time was limited to a long weekend and we saw these 15 properties in less than 48 hours. After seeing the first few properties, Jesse fully understood our likes and dislikes and adjusted our schedule for the next day. Jesse was very organized in scheduling the appointments and giving us information on each property. He told us to take notes on each property because the property details would start to run together. Jesse allowed ample time for each showing and did a great job coordinating each showing with the listing brokers. On the third day, we made a decision and put an offer in on a property. Due to our time commitments that day, Jesse drew up the contract in his car. Within 48 hours of making the initial offer, Jesse called us with the good news, we had an accepted offer. Jesse arranged and was there for inspection. While he was there we asked him to take some additional pictures, measurements and answer a couple of questions. This was all set up within days of the accepted offer. With the contract signed, Jesse created a timeline, with due dates for all the items that needed to be completed before the closing.
