Jesse was very professional and knowledgeable. In any property transactions, complications will arise. Ours was really smooth right up until day of closing. The sellers were still in the process of moving out well past the time for closing. Jesse maintained his professional demeanor and we were able to move forward with the closing despite other incidents that occurred subsequently. For example, the mortgage company contact was not available after 5pm on Friday after all the papers were signed. Jesse was able to use his professional contacts to resolve the issue and reach a person in the company that could supply the necessary information.
