Total Sale of the House was a Breeze from Start to Finish

The time had come to finally sell the house at 3398 Camino Marzagan in Escondido. Jesse Madison was highly recommended as a selling agent by a mutual friend as we didn't have any contacts in this area. Jesse met with us to discuss the sale of the house and we immediately were impressed with his sales knowledge and familiarity with the Escondido area. After just a few minutes, we knew Jesse was the perfect fit with us to undertake the sale of the house. As the process began, Jesse held several open houses and always kept us updated to any prospects and progress that was occurring. When it came time to make changes or adjustments in the sales contract, Jesse always fully explained the reasons for and made sure we followed all the rules, dotted the I's and crossed the T's. After a short period of time, Jesse found a buyer and began the Escrow process. Again, he always explained the process and made sure we were always kept up to date. Escrow closed without any issues and the house was finally sold. We can't thank Jesse enough for his hard work and professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in selling their property.
