I moved across country to Crossville. Jesse worked with me, we viewed dozens of homes over the course of a year. I came into town 3 times to view homes over this year. Jesse always was pleasant and helpful. He always spent the time needed with me. He wasn't interested in selling me a house, he wanted to sell me my home. He took the time over these viewings to learn what I was looking for. He talked to me, asked relative questions to what I was searching for, listened and understood. By the last trip he knew more of what I was looking for than I did. He always pointed out both positive and more importantly the negative features I missed on the properties. He knows the area, just about every house I looked at he knew the neighborhood, people living on the street or nearby and even had relatives in the area. Jesse is an excellent agent, he is professional, knowledgeable, and concerned with meeting your needs. On a personal note, Jesse displayed the courtesy and southern charm I've always heard of. The time Jesse spent with me didn't seem like an agent showing his client properties that were in his price and location. It felt like 2 friends searching for the next start to a new adventure.

Jesse is a very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful person. He spent time on the phone assessing our needs and wants for our next home. He then spent an entire day driving us to different houses we had found together. He did a FaceTime walkthrough with us when we couldn’t be here to see the property in person. Jesse answered all of our questions about the area, which he is very knowledgeable about. Lastly, he was a huge help with the closing process.
