I can’t say enough great things about working with Jesse. As a first time home-buyer, Jesse made the process as smooth and easy as possible. He is a Philly native, knew all the neighborhoods and was able to hone in on exactly the type of home I was looking for after our first several listings. As my realtor, he helped me filter through houses that seemed great on the outside and narrow down them to those that actually made a great home. He made it clear through the multitude of homes we looked at before finding “the one” that he truly cared about the quality of the home and how it fit with my lifestyle. He was never pushy or aggressive about the listings we saw and let me formulate my own opinion before pointing out important details that I never would’ve realized on my own about each individual lists (both good and bad). Throughout all of the complex steps involved, he was easy-going, professional and always available to chat with or bounce listing ideas off of. At the end of the day, he helped me find my dream home, and I truly couldn’t be happier about it or the home-buying process with him! Would recommend him to ANYONE in the Philly area with any real-estate needs.
