I saw a house of interest on Zillow & asked Jess to meet my daughter there and used Face Time to view with me. I had previously used Jess to buy and later sell a house in Murrells Inlet so selecting Jess was the only logical choice for me, because I had favorable experiences previously with him and the overall process. After my Face Time event, Jess further checked out the Pawley’s Island for me and helped me prepare an offer - I had never physically seen the house because I live 600 miles away. Jess represented me throughout the entire bidding process, inspections, and I finally “saw” the house the day before settlement. I feel that Jess represented me fairly and truthfully & even though I was miles away, Jess was always available. I plan this to be a permanent relocation for me as I retire and look forward to my move to SC, to be close to my daughter & Jess made the process enjoyable for me.
