Jesca is the consummate professional, but additionally she is a warm and caring person. She listens actively takes notes on what it is that you want in your new home. She brings with her many listings for you to look at and then go see. This is the second home that I’ve bought a home with her and I would recommend her to family or anyone without reservation. Jesca is An agent that I would recommend without reservation. The first time I met her she came prepared with many listings and we were only looking at one house. She got us in on the first day to see a home that I’ve been wanting to see and the agent that I was with hadn’t managed it. She had us looking at that house within the hour. She listens intently and follows through providing many, many listings to look at within the parameters that you set. She does it all with a smile, professionalism and warmth. We purchased the first home through her and so we knew we had to have her for our second search. And again she proved very successful. We are so happy in our new home and she made that possible! I would recommend her to family without hesitation! Looking for a home is a tough time, it is difficult. Jesca made it as positive an experience as was possible. She looked out for our interests even when dealing with other agents who may have been less than pleasant. She could be the model on which real estate agents should be trained. Any agent can sell you a home, but Jesca exceeds that bringing you as a matter of professionalism to a place to look at. She was like family while still being professional.
