I'd give Jerry a "6" if I could. He went way beyond what I would have expected from a realtor. He's a resourceful problem-solver, diligent in seeing and fixing details before they become problems, and very pleasant to work with. He's knowledgeable about the mechanical side of a property, as well as the esthetics. At every step, he was there for me. He even pitched in and helped me with my move. When we were unable to find a professional stager (they were all too busy), he came to my home and personally staged it, using what was available plus things he'd brought. I was amazed at his talent. It looked like something out of "House Beautiful." Six months earlier, he'd also represented me as a buyer's agent, and worked hard to find the right homes that met my needs. And he took the time to help me refine those needs, both house-wise and geographically. Jerry was a delight to work with. And he follows up with the client well after the sale.
