I am an investor and I flip houses on a regular basis, on our team Jerry is our listing specialist and he is a fantastic Realtor, I can always count on him to represent the best interest of my company and negotiate in my favor. For this particular property I had a tenant that he had to find a new rental for, in a very difficult market where renters were bidding over list price. Then in the sale of the property Jerry implemented listing and marketing strategies to produce $36,000 more than originally anticipated.
