I was given one of the nicest experiences of my life when I was introduced to Jerry Slater and his team It was an excruciating time for me. My husband had passed away. I had an accident at work and was recovering from a surgery and I had this huge home for sale, which in of itself, they are more difficult to sell. Jerry and his entire team truly were outstanding. They took everything over they did everything for me. They went above and beyond what they would’ve had to do and they found a buyer for my home It was just about to go into foreclosure and this lady came along and fell in love with the house, and Jerry managed everything smoothly and professionally He and his team deserve an outstanding report for what they did for me because it was all work for their team and they did it wonderfully I’ve tell with so many realtors in my life and I cannot say that one of them was a positive experience so I was quite nervous but the first meeting with Jerry took all that away I was blessed in so many ways having been involved with Max And Gerry and his team and I want to say thank you to them If I ever had to sell any property again, there would be no one. I would go to except Jerry Slater and his team and I hope people read this and follow this because they will not be disappointed. I truly have never had an experience where I thought my realtor had the buyers interest in mind more than ours. We sold a beautiful custom home. Had the most invasive buyers and our realtor caved towards the buyers. We sold a home that was recession proof and our agent only cared about the sale price. The first offer came in and I told the realtor to counter and was met with resistance. We countered and of course the buyer accepted then I was told it was a good idea. My agent actually told my wife that the buyers “could walk.” I actually wish they would’ve walked. The affliction for the buyer has continued even after closing. The people that bought our home have tried to get “freebies”, that’s my agents words. I have never felt that a buyer is in control more than I did on our recent sale. I would never recommend this agent and regret the entire experience. We had a home that sold itself and the agent didn’t have our back. I feel strongly enough to write this review. Everyone should have an agent that looks out for the seller just as much as the buyer. Very bad experience. Depending on the situation my wife and I were contacted through group messages or they directly contacted her. There was no rhyme or reason why they would contact her one on one or us as a group. In short, the agent only cared about us selling the house. Actually told my buyer to ask about certain things that should be left. We’re two weeks since closing and I got a message about the buyers shower being clogged. Nothing contractual. I wouldn’t recommend the agent to anyone. A horrible experience and it still hasn’t ended. I encourage everyone to find an agent that will support them. The money will come. I asked for a counter after being told it was a good offer and was even told that the buyer, “could walk.” That would’ve been a blessing if the buyer walked. Horrible experience and would never do that again.

Jerry is outstanding! Very friendly and really knowledgeable. Highly recommend working with Jerry and Raejean! Anyone I know looking to buy a house, I will definitely be giving them Jerry’s number. We now have our dream home thanks to Jerry!

I would work with Jerry 100 times over, he’s on top of it! I can’t think of a single time I gave him more than 4 hours notice and he’s always made it work! I’ve recommended him to any and everyone I know looking for a new place Becuase he’s organized and prepared for anything!
