This experience so much different than previous encounter years ago.Less agent involvement, almost all encounters took place electronically or by phone. Showing of property all done Too much depended on technology rather than direct involvement, sign of way business done nowadays Very disappointed that final walk through day before settlement I was alone with the buyer and her agent. Sale of property looked so promising, took longer and less successful than anticipated initially. Just sharing my perceptions not placing responsibility on agent. Many other factors involved
