Okay, so here is the deal; I am incredibly high maintenance. I overthink absolutely everything, ask thousands of questions, and never stop texting people. I always assume the worst in every situation and want to prevent every possible negative outcome. Just to set some context. Jerry helped my wife and I buy our first home. Let me tell you that buying a house is incredibly stressful. Jerry made the process fun. But most importantly, he helped us feel heard in the process. We would recommend him without reservation and I suggest you book his services. He is down to earth, always available (I’m talking text him at 10PM on a Friday night available), and will give you a voice in the real estate buying process. We found our dream house after looking only at 7 homes because Jerry listened to us and found us the house we love. Not only that, our very first offer on a home was accepted. I have friends who have had 16+ offers rejected before buying a house. I’m not kidding. It’s brutal out there. When I imagined problems, Jerry was always there to help put our mind at ease and, most importantly, protected us in the buying process. Anytime I identified a problem, he had already addressed it behind the scenes before I even brought it up. There was a moment when my wife and I had a meltdown because of something we were worried about. Jerry met us for dinner to talk things over and again, put us right at ease. I guess what I am trying to say is that Jerry and his team are not only great real estate agents, but good and trustworthy people. From start to finish, they were with us the whole way. They got us the home we love in an incredibly competitive market, and got it for a price that was fair and equitable to everyone. Do yourself a favor; hire him and don’t look back
