Five years ago, Jerry helped me buy my second home, and first in LA. This year we planned to sell it to help me move back to Atlanta to invest in another dream...but little did we know, it would be under contract in the middle of COVID. I "retired" from my corporate job December of 2017 because I was no longer happy. I quit, had no money coming in, and I was looking to find and feed a new passion. After a few months with no income, I wasn't sure whether I should rent my home or sell it, but immediately and thankfully Jerry took it upon himself to find a tenant to rent my home which offered me the space to continue exploring what could be my next best step. What a compassionate and invested agent and friend! We rented it on and off until December of 2019 to the same family who needed to be in town to film. Once I knew I'd need to sell it, he found the family a wonderful new place and we worked to get the home ready for sale. He suggested upgrades and had a brilliant photographer come in to make sure our listing would shine among all others. Because of his expertise, we received multiple offers well over asking price which set a new record in the area, and in the end we accepted an offer from a family who would love the house as much as I did. Appraisals, contingencies, inspections, and negotiations in the beginning and middle of such an unprecedented time, as well as buyers who banked overseas, were anxiety-ridden to say the least and we made it through to closing! I couldn't have made it through the process without him (and he may say the same for me) but Jerry went ABOVE and BEYOND and was in constant contact with everyone involved to make sure everything was moving forward and going smoothly. I really can't thank him enough and recommend him for all my friend's real estate needs.

Jerry helped me buy my first home where I never thought I would be able to own – West Hollywood! I had ruled out this location because of the prices, but he found a cute studio that really suited my needs. I dropped out at one point, but after changing my mind – Jerry helped me get back in there and win it! I am happy to recommend Jerry. He is professional, friendly, and closes the deal.
