I've worked with many real estate agents. I've sold and bought houses through the years. Jerry was recommended to me highly by a someone I trust and after 15 minutes of talking to him I knew from years of experience I did not have to go anywhere else. He knows the market!! I mean he really knows! Jerry is communicative, on the ball, forward thinking, knows when its a good deal. I could not ask for anything more. When my house closed, I told him I would be working with him again in the future.. I wish him a lot of success because real estate agents are a dime a dozen but a really great agent is a rare find.

Jerry O'Connor went above and beyond normal requirements in assisting us with the purchase of our house. Sometimes working with negative influences and difficult individuals, he never lost his superior negotiating skills in order to close escrow on the originally scheduled date.
