We had our house up for sale in North Ft Myers after living there 20 years and began looking for a new home in the Fort Myers area. We contacted Jerry Niesman and told him what we were looking for. Jerry imediately put together several homes to look at in Eagle Ridge, Gateway and surrounding area. After visiting a number of homes over a 10+ day period we began to narrow our search. Jerry had 2 more homes in Gateway and another which he found in Bridgetown at the Plantation After looking at the homes we knew we had found the perfect place--Bridgetown, but it was priced over our budget. With Jerry's hard work we were able to purchase the home within our budget. Now help was needed as we were scheduled to close on the sale of our home and on the same day close on the purchase of our new home. Jerry was in contact with the buyers agent, our lender and the sellers agent throught the entire process, keeping us informed each step of the way. Talk about going above an beyond! Jerry was extremely patient with us. He was considerate of family and also thoughtful by bringing a larger, taller car to make it easier for my husband. He knew what we needed and was knowledgeable.
