Jerry managed our rental property for many years after he helped us purchase it for a short term housing for an elderly relative. After hour relative had passed on Jerry found us a perfect renter and managed the property and made us a nice profit. When the renter moved, Jerry suggested selling because the market was very hot in that area and he netted us a nice profit!
