After telling Jerry we were considering moving out of state he met with us and explained the process and what to expect from the housing market. While on vacation we put an offer on a house and called him to plan an open house when we returned. The weekend we returned he hosted an open house. There were at least 5 offers over listed price. We sold it to the person who was the first to come. Jerry walked us through the sales process and we moved into our new home 60 days later. The experience couldn’t have gone better.
