We never felted like we were being pushed and we felt very comfortable moving at our own pace on when we wanted to start the process of selling the house. We never felt any pressure. Jerry helped guide us with additional documents and forms that need to be filled out when property is involved in a trust from a parent to a child, which we knew nothing about. Jerry was very good with communicating with us and walking us thru all the steps and telling us what the next steps were. He helped by giving us suggestions on preparing the house prior to the sell and during the selling process. Jerry was very friendly and always professional even when we called several times with silly questions, we didn't make it easy on him there were three kids calling him at different times, sometimes asking the same question and every time he was professional and took the time to answer/explain all of our questions. Jerry did such a good job, the house sold in 5 days and was sold over the asking price. Selling and buying a house has to be the most stressful thing a family can do. Having a realtor who is sensitive to that can make the process so much easier. Jerry Garner did that for us. He explained the process from day one. Any questions we had, Jerry explained thoroughly. He was looking out for us. We just felt we were in good hands through the whole process.
