Jerry was extremely patient with me as I went through the four month long process of purchasing a short sale. He responded to each of my questions via phone, text and email on a daily basis (literally). He took a process that typically falls back on the buyer and fielded all of my questions to the appropriate people to keep me at ease. It was great working with him.
