Jerry Collins

My wife and I ran into Jerry while looking for a Lake Home on Lake Lanier. He was showing someone else a home when we walked in to take a look around. We began talking and it was obvious that Jerry was very knowledgeable about Lake Lanier property. We were unsuccessful in negotiating a price for the home we wanted the first time around, but it was the owner's unrealistic expectations, rather than Jerry's negotiating skills that prevented the deal from coming to fruition. Six months later when the home was still on the market we began a new round of negotiations with the owner and with Jerry's help we were able to close the deal. He is a consummate professional and did a great job to help us buy the property that we wanted. He was patient and very organized. We would recommend Jerry to anyone who is looking for a good realtor.
