Jerry Biffle with REMAX Southern Coast has been helping buyers and sellers in the St. James community in Southport, North Carolina for more than 24 years. Originally born in Memphis and raised in a suburb of Atlanta, Jerry moved to Brunswick County and quickly found a place that felt like home. Today, he enjoys sharing the coastal lifestyle he and his wife Pamela love while guiding clients through the buying and selling process in one of the area’s most sought after communities.
Before beginning his real estate career, Jerry spent 35 years working as an engineer and manager with IBM and Solectron. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master of Science in Engineering Administration from Syracuse University. His technical background brings a thoughtful, data driven approach to real estate, helping clients make informed decisions while navigating the market with confidence. Jerry is especially known for his deep knowledge of the St. James community and his strong commitment to representing his clients well.
Jerry entered real estate when he and Pamela moved to St. James during a period of rapid growth in the community. What began as good timing quickly became an opportunity to meet new people and help others find their place along the coast. He values building lasting relationships with his clients and takes pride in providing personal service throughout every step of the process.
Outside of real estate, Jerry enjoys spending time with Pamela, playing golf with friends, and gathering with other couples for Mahjongg. They have two children, Heather and Alex, and love spending time with their families whenever they can. Earlier in his career, Jerry also had the unique opportunity to work on the Apollo Saturn Lunar Program and served in the control room at Cape Kennedy.
