Jerry helped me step-by-step through the process of selling my little lot. Even though it took me a little longer to sell because I was in no hurry to sell my lot, Jerry kept me informed on every prospect and then when a buyer came, he was very informative on how things were going to go and kept me informed the whole time.

I was shocked at Jerry's willingness. Jerry completed a full comparable analysis on the week end with excellent. current comparables, after I had been told by another firm there just weren't any ( after waiting a week for them to get back to me). Every aspect of the listing process was done on time and accurately, as well as keeping me informed along the way, once the buyer's offer was accepted on the third day the listing went live. A seller could not have asked for or hoped for a more informed, experienced and diligent realtor than Jerry and his office staff. Never once did we have to make a call to ask where things stood; we were always kept informed. We were quite pleasantly shocked at the fast pace things moved with our sale.
