Recommended an excellent plan of action that ended up selling the house over listing price and allowing us to stay in the house until our new home is ready, 5 months rent free. I don't plan on selling again anytime soon but if I do would not hesitate to use the Velte's again.

Jerrid is familiar with water properties and was helpful in the things that need to be considered before buying a waterfront property. Jerrid also was very helpful in guiding us through our due diligence prior to us making an offer. Jerrid pulled permits for us, helped us inspect the property, made recommendations and helped us value the home, and determine an offering price. As follow-up, he helped us by recommending an inspector as a condition to closing, scheduling the inspector and reviewing the inspector' work. Jerrid was always responsive and his help did not end once the price was established. He makes himself available. Once the purchase was made, he recommended people who could work on the house as well as things we should think about for needed repairs
