I don’t typically write reviews, but outstanding service deserves recognition. We were referred to Jerri Delfino by a mutual friend and from the time we met we knew we were in good hands. She is a professional, responsive Realtor with integrity who knows the Bakersfield market, does what she says she will, and then some, which is refreshing. Jerri is a great communicator who also listens to her clients and goes to work for them. My brother and I were handling our sister’s estate from a distance so in addition to handling the expected real estate transactions, whenever we needed someone on the ground Jerri stepped up. Her advice was spot on from listing price to improvements we should make before the open house. We received multiple offers the first weekend the house was listed and by Monday we were under contract and thanks to Jerri keeping everyone on task escrow closed in three weeks.
