He was very dedicated to finding us a good home and making sure the home was a good fit. He was upfront about any pros and cons and advising us of our best options in our best interest. Hubby and I moved from South Florida to Central FL. If you know anything about moving, you will know how uncomfortable it can be. Now moving a whole family 200+ miles away is such an acrobatic situation. We've met Jerrel by God's plan a few weeks after we've rented an apartment while we loom for our home. Boy, was that a blessing! The market was doing fine at the end of 2020 but as soon as the year turned to 2021, all craziness broke loose. It was a mad house of people waiving appraisal, bidding up $50k over asking, etc... A process we thought was gonna take us a few weeks ended up taking us 7 months!
