"Mr. Maben is professional, goes above and beyond for his clients regardless of the size home he is listing for sale. He kept my husband and I completely informed about every aspect of the sale of our home. He presented helpful information to assist in our decision making, never trying to make the decision before us or persuade us in a particular direction. He was extremely helpful with identifying resources to complete the requested repairs prior to closing. He was always available to answer questions. He set up a station in the foyer with the necessary personal protective equipment for people to use when touring the house since we are still experiencing high incidences of COVID. We were in constant contact regarding all activity and interest in purchasing our home. Mr. Maben is the agent you want to sell your house. My neice and my sister still talk about how wonderful he was in selling my sister’s home in 2016. Their words….”he’s awesome” and we agree. He sold our home in 2002 and found the one we just sold.
