I know I am a little bit late for this review but better late than never :) Jerome is the best agent you will ever find. We purchased our home in Newton, Sussex County last year, October 2015. We started our search when I was 6 months pregnant and moving from NYC plus being first time home buyers and expecting our first child.. all at the same time.. was NOT easy nor ideal but Jerome was there for us EVERY step of the way. My husband and I have different taste for everything and somehow someway he managed to find a property that made my husband and myself happy. Its been already a little bit over a year since we purchased this home and worked with Jerome and we haven't had ANY regrets on our purchase, to the contrary, we are eternally grateful because buying this home was the best decision we made and none of this would had been possible if it wouldn't be for the knowledge and support Jerome offered us. He also lined up all the professionals needed for a successful transaction, so even there we had everything worked out for us: loan officer, inspector, lawyer, etc. I do not know how he does it, but I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. He is the agent you want and much more.. he is a true friend. Thank you Jerome.

I can't begin to tell you how much Jerome has saved our home purchasing experience from becoming a complete disaster. I don't usually write reviews for anyone unless they've gone above and beyond their call of duty; but, that's Jerome. We were going to view a house that was one of his listings and after meeting him we decided to make him our agent. It was our first time purchasing a home and we thought we knew the basics, we were wrong. He offered advice on things that we didn't even think about while remaining completely professional, now that's a talent. We trusted him completely with everything because his advice backed up everything an attorney, mortgage lender and a contractor would say if not more. It was like hearing an echo sometimes. We would talk to our mortgage lender only to hear the same thing Jerome said the day before, our attorney would echo his words and our contractor would also. He worked tirelessly surveying homes to make sure they met out standards, which was greatly appreciated since we are a working family of 4 and don't have time to deal with a clueless agent. If we called or texted Jerome he was available within minutes if not seconds. I work late nights so often I would send him emails about possibilities at 1am only to receive a reply an hour late. He never sleep. That's what you want someone that works tirelessly for you. Above that, he is the nicest person I've met. There are no gimmicks with Jerome. What you see is what you get, a well spoken, friendly, professional, kind hearted person that has your back and can find a way to accommodate all of your needs. Now that we have found our home we realize that the process could've been more complicated if we didn't have him and his years of expertise in the real estate industry. If you want someone who will sell you a house I suggest you look for other agents but if you want someone to find your HOME Jerome Dorsey is it. I would recommend him to family and friends.
