Jerome was proactive, efficient, and trustworthy in helping me navigate Brighton's homebuying landscape. Always available and honest, his guidance was crucial to closing on my new home.

Jerome was the best Real Estate Agent we could have chosen to handle our Real Estate transactions. At our first meeting, we 'clicked'. We hadn't bought or sold a house in over thirty years. Jerome walked us through every step. He explained everything we would be going through, even the emotional challenges. He takes each transaction personally. Family members who met him could see that he had our best interests at heart. He is highly recommended to everyone who is thinking of buying or selling property. He loves his work...that's why he is so good at it.

This is our second transaction with Jerome. The first as Sellers and now as Buyers. What we value most about Jerome is his tenacity- he goes above and beyond to get the deal done without compromising his professional standards. That comes from thinking outside the box, being resolute, and remaining patient. Jerome's efforts are very much appreciated!!

We had some very specific requirements for both the house and the lot, and Jerome's knowledge and experience were of inestimable value in first, helping us find the properties that most closely matched our needs; second, weeding out those that had drawbacks —not always apparent at first sight—that made them unsuitable; third, preparing all the necessary electronic documentation for bidding on something like ten houses; fourth, consoling and reassuring us when 9 of those bids lost to more generous (i.e. exorbitant) offers; fifth, helping us put together what was ultimately a winning bid; and finally, guiding us through the closing process. He was with us every step of the way and we highly recommend him!

This is the second home Jerome has helped me purchase. He is very knowledgeable and works hard to find the right fit. I will definitely be using him for any future purchases or sales of real estate.
