He never complained when we nixed a house because we didn't like the master bathroom, the layout of the bedrooms, or the size of the kitchen. He stuck with us when we put offers in on FIVE houses and were outbid on all of them. We finally went under contract and when it didn't appraise for the offer price, he not only negotiated the difference, but did everything he could to keep the deal together. I can't recommend enough people to work with Jermaine. He's a great agent and Colorado Springs is much easier to navigate with him by your side.
