Made selling process painless

Jeri helped prep, list, and sell my home while I lived in another state. She was informal and easy to work with, and arranged all necessary maintenance and repairs. She set my expectations appropriately on price, noting property challenges that she (correctly) suspected would lead to lower offers than Redfin/Zillow estimates. Before we reviewed offers she had contacted the buyers' agents and negotiated an improved offer from one. Throughout the process she listened to my feedback and comments and was happy to do things I suggested but willing to offer her own suggestions when I had no strong opinion. Overall she made the selling process painless despite there being multiple third parties involved in preparation.
