Jeri conducted herself with the utmost of professionalism at all times. We went through 3 different contracts with 3 different buyers before we actually closed on the house. On buyer number 2, they had a certain amount of time to sell their house and at a certain selling price. At the end of their time limit, they had not sold their house because they didn’t ask the selling price in the contract. Jeri immediately knew that since they didn’t ask the price in our contract they a; didn’t sell their house and b; we’re not eligible to get their good faith down payment back.
