My partner and I were first time home buyers and new absolutely NOTHING about finding our forever home. I'll admit when we were referred to Jeri Anne, we were scared, nervous, excited, and hoping that she would be on our team and not only in it for the money. She visited house after house after house after house after house with us. We viewed homes in the evening, in the rain, on weekends, some were near, some were far. And Jeri Anne held our hand every step of the way. Jeri Anne is honest and knowledgeable. She made sure we knew all the pros and cons of every property. While we almost felt like settling because we were tired of looking, Jeri Anne made sure we knew we were not in a rush and there was no need for settling. Jeri Anne is an amazing negotiator and is definitely a team player. When we were ready to put in offers, she explained everything, made sure we were getting the best deal, and even made sure we got a few home decor accessories my partner fell in love with. I honestly wish I had a novel's space to write what a great experience we had w Jeri Anne. Here we are, 4 montbs later in our forever home, and we could not be any happier. We are beyond grateful for Jeri Anne and the quality of service she provided. I highly recommend her outstanding service to anyone and will definitely work with her in the future when needed. Jeri Anne knows her stuff! She is incredibly helpful. I would never buy or sell a home in California without her! She has helped us purchase 2 homes and sell one. Each time it has been a piece of cake.....one, even with a crazy crunch time of 14 days to close, was an absolute breeze! I trust her so much, I referred her to my parents!
