For the last eight years, I have been an absentee owner of the property, and while I had tenants that I trusted, I had not actually seen my property for about five years. After my trusted tenants moved out, I contacted Jeremy who went in and did a visual assessment of the property and handled the three or four very minor repairs that were needed. I was prepared to fly into town to take care of and/or coordinate this type of detail work myself. However, Jeremy’s professionalism and attentiveness put me at ease, and gave me confidence that everything was being handled in a top-notch manner. He suggested an accurate sale price based on the condition of the property and comps. He also gave the unit a second cleaning and brought in a professional photographer to properly shoot the space. Legitimate offers came in that first week and within 10 days or so I was able to accept an offer that met my financial expectations. Jeremy kept the lines of communication with me and the other parties open and was always able to quickly provide me with information, advice, and suggestions. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
